I stayed for 2 nights in October 2019. Check-in process was smooth. This small hotel is tastefully designed with welcoming ambience. The receptionist was helpful and the property responded to Booking.com messenger promptly. I stayed for 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms, No. 3 (main floor) and No. 7 (2nd floor). We got welcome drinks and bottled water on the 2nd night check-in, but not on the 1st night check-in. The room was fresh and clean in both rooms. Water pressure for shower was good. Breakfast was included and we were offered a choice of western or Filipino style breakfast which was equally enjoyable from a property in this scale. Despite I stayed for 2 separate days, the property was kind enough to offer FREE airport pick up AND airport drop off, something I didn't expect. Air conditioner worked very good and was cool in Room no. 3, but it wasn't cool enough in Room no. 7.||||There were many mosquito around the property area perhaps due to rainy season, although I saw a mosquito killer lamp was installed outside the entrance. The air conditioner in Room no. 7 should be checked for coolant. Otherwise, it is a perfect and good valued...
Read moreFor ₱1,300 a night, this room is really good value. We arrived at around 8 p.m., and they had a room for us. We always compare prices to see if it’s cheaper to pay online or directly at the hotel, and for us, it was cheaper to book online, so that’s what we did.
The internet was incredibly fast. I had several calls and meetings that day, and I didn’t experience any issues at all. We stayed in a twin room, and the entire stay was pleasant.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The next day, we had to leave but were able to store our stuff there while we waited. They also let us stay in the lobby for as long as we needed, which was really nice of them.
If you’re in Puerto Princesa and need a reliable place to stay—especially if you’re a digital nomad—this is a great choice for the fast internet and...
Read moreThis property is worthy of your consideration. Overall, it is good, with a couple of minor issues.
The good: The brekkie - plenty of choices, and you can choose to eat it in the open air dining area (beware the killer mossies), or have it delivered to your room. The rooms - they are big and airy.
The not-so-good: The afternoon front desk attendant with their nose never out of their phone. When asked if I could get a glass for the room, they just pointed at the wall behind them. When asked again, they pointed twice. Never looked up for the screen, let alone getting up to show me where. There were countless other such interactions. Lazy beyond belief. The room’s appointments are basic. A plastic chair, bedside lamp without a power outlet to plug into, no...
