Classic Savory — Restaurant in Quezon City

The Classic Savory chicken is good as always, even much better if you eat it with their yummy gravy (My all time favorite since I was little kid) :9 Their Pancit Bihon is a little salty. We also ordered broccoli (which was undercooked), so we have to ask if they can sautè it a little more to soften the veggies.

Their service was very slow. I'm not over reacting but... for the bill we had to wait for 25mins (we asked for it like 5x before they gave us the bill). After giving our payment.. we waited for the change... then one of the crew approached us telling us that they miscalculated our bill. They forgot to include the vat... The crew kept saying sorry for the inconvenience. Oh well...

We entered as 4 people and they only gave us 1 menu. We had to switch around each other and had to wait. I'd understand if it was 2 menus, but just 1? Next, they forgot to serve our dessert and had to remind them in order for it to get served 15 minutes later. And what REALLY bothered me was the fact that when they gave the coffee jelly dessert, they provided no serving spoon and no serving bowls. What, were we supposed to dip our chicken-covered spoons in? Use our hands? We had to ASK for it, even when it should've been a given.

I'm not cruel so I'll give it 3 stars cause the food was good and the portions were alright. But the overall service was annoying and could use some...

Pls answer this why do people look at other people as poor or just plain as nothing god me and my mom are ordering at this branch they didnt notice us so we sit on the couch outside. So we waited a bit for someone to serve us but no one come until my mom got angry and tell the servers that can i get somebody to serve us and my mom got frustrated and left pls can you tell those who worked at December 16, 2018 at 4:30 pm to quit cause this is a shame you guys have great food and ruining by shameful servers so now a days no one cared about the moto "The customers is are always right" but nooo pls remove or fire(forgot the spelling) those guys who worked...
