Very bad customer's service, when we were seeking the attention of one of them, we called her twice and instead of nicely saying for us to wait a moment, she just used her hand to signal without looking. We were asking for seats inside, but since there's no available yet, we agreed to be seated outside. It was so hot, my mom asked if they can atleast point a fan towards us, the answer of the guy(i don't know if he's the manager) was that the fan was already pointed to the other side. And even if the table adjacent to us got empty, they wouldn't allow us to move anymore. If I didn't freak out, they wouldn't allow us to saying someone's already in line for that table, yet we have been there for 15 mins I guess. 3 dishes(solo meals) were already served , still no utensils, we asked for the utensils 4 times before they gave it to us ,no tissue provided too. We had to ask several timesđ Definitely not coming back. Horrible customer service. The food is not that good too anyway. I just liked the Okonomiyaki because...
Read moreAte here tonight after a very long time, I would have to agree with the other review I read, it isn't the same as before. Quality of food is not not good, it is bad for someone claiming to be authentic Japanese cuisine. The ramen tastes like it has a lot of MSG in it, like when you buy the pancit from the market. And then I complained about it,not course we didn't finish it, told them about it, asked them to remove the remaining from our table because of the smell, and when the bill came they still charged us. I would have thought they'd automatically not charge us for it. But anyway I paid for it since they put it in the bill despite our complaint and having returned the remaining. I'd say this is considered...

Beef Hayashi was delicious, sweet and saucy while the refreshing Seafood Sashimi Salad had guiltless vinaigrette and chunks of raw tuna and salmon. We got the latter again because we enjoyed it at their Greenhills branch. Beef Kalbi Teppanyaki was also good because of its sweetness, so it's a tie with Beef Hayashi in my book. Ice Tea Float was pretty much okay, so I wouldn't look for it again.
Food serving time was fairly quick especially after the first dish was served. Bill wait time was...
