Cafe Via Mare - Trinoma Mall — Restaurant in Quezon City

Just like the Makati Landmark with the Via Mare tucked away inside the department store. This store is located in the 2nd floor with minimal marketing meant for shopping customers who wants a quick meal and a place to rest away from the crowd. At first glance, the decors seems dated from the 80's with a tired look. The dining area is not brightly lit. Furnitures are Functional with minimal aesthetics. The local dishes on their menu are all classic snacks to main meals. Price points is just average for a mall restaurant compared to serving size which is actually just for one but you can squeeze in for 2 if you like. Gunitaang halo-halo is good. Pancit Molo has a good broth. Bibingka is delicious. Service is efficient with minimal engagement similar to perhaps a not so busy small eatery somewhere. Overall not bad for a quiet merienda or...

Adobo flakes is also perfect! Crisp and just the right taste for adobo.
