I wanted to share my experience at Jolibee NBS Quezon Ave store 431. After a tiring trip from Davao, I decided to dine-in at the Jolibee branch near my condo. Although the process took a while, I noticed the staff were working efficiently, especially Mr. Ayeh. He was very quick and good in assisting customers. even without a high rank, he seemed more effective than the manager on duty in terms of coordinating and helping with his coworkers. I'd like you to let this branch know my appreciation for his dedication to the management, as he truly deserves recognition

Read moreAs of 5/18/2019 past 10am nag palamig kami sa Panay brach, okay na sana yung customer service eh, pero di ko lang nagustuhan ang way nang pag act ng cashier sa sinabi ko which is (halo-halo) Because may new item sila na parang halo halo like that.... Kung may mali man ako as customer sana tinama na lang nya ako kung ano man ang tamang name ng item na yun.. Hindi yung (maam narinig nyo yun!!! Halo halo daw) the way she said that with annoying smile is nakaka bastus lang... Para sa casheir na yun ate, alam ko ang hirap mag work sa fast-food naranasan ko din yan naging casheir ako sa jollibee pangasinan branch.. At alam ko na tinuturuan tayo kung pano makitungo ng tama sa customer, alam ko din na may mga customer na wala din sa right.... Pero at this rate mali ka ang ginawa mo po... Ang pag tawanan at parang pinapalitaw mo na bobo ang customer na kaharap sa pag sabi ko lang na halo-halo... Sana tinama mo nalang ako mas okay payun at mag thank you pa ako sayo ...

First, the cashier slammed his register just because I do not have a smaller bill. Lol dramatic dude
Second, our hot chocolate is not HOT. Then, the cheese in my bacon, egg, cheese sandwich is fresh from the refrigerator (wth so cold)
