Starbucks Quezon Avenue & West 4th Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Quezon City

My friend and I usually go to the Matalino branch, but we wanted to check this branch out since it seemed big from the outside. The place is pretty and very spacious even if there were a lot of people. The service, however, was horrible. I don’t know if the staff are stretched thin, but here are the things that made our stay unpleasant:

They forgot to make my order. It took longer than usual, then I followed up that’s when they made my drink. People after me in the line, like my friend, got served earlier.

They got my friend’s order wrong but in the right size. When they made a replacement, it was in the wrong size. We received no apologies also for the wrong order. We asked for a confirmation from one of the baristas if the replacement was Venti cause it seemed smaller and she said yes without even looking at the cup. We later on confirmed it was a Grande cup.

CR smelled bad and tissue paper was everywhere

I don’t think I will be going back to this branch. Too many mistakes in just one visit. I hope incidents like this can be avoided next time. Maybe start with hiring more baristas. Sayang yung...

This is probably one of the most spacious and well-designed Starbucks locations I’ve visited. It was full but never felt overcrowded, which made for a more relaxed experience. The store was a bit chilly for my taste—maybe because it was drizzling outside when we walked in—but overall, the ambiance was really nice.

What stood out the most was the decor. It had a more high-end feel compared to other Starbucks stores, which I truly appreciated. It gave the space a more refined and upscale vibe.

We ordered pastries, pasta, and coffee—both for dine-in and to-go—because, well, we needed a lot of coffee. The service wasn’t bad; there was a bit of a wait due to the number of people, but that’s to be expected at Starbucks.

Grab your coffee fix without getting out of your car! One of the newest Starbucks branch to open in Quezon City has a drive thru! Yey! This beautiful two storey building has quite cozy and chill vibe, with floor to ceiling glass windows and wood finishes.They even provided bike racks for it's clients. Spacious parking in front via Quezon Avenue, and has access ramps for wheelchairs / people with disabilities.
