We had so much fun. We got the room rate for a very reasonable price. We held our Christmas party in one of their very spacious and beautiful 2-bedroom suites. We enjoyed all the Hotel facilities and amenities except for the swimming pool as we had no extra time to go swimming. We started the event at around 7pm and whenever we would request for something we needed, the Front Desk would always lend us a hand. Our requested items were delivered fast and accurate. I'm impressed that drinking water is not in plastic bottles anymore. There's a communal water dispenser along the hallway for all the guests billeted on that same floor. However, around midnight, there was that strong harmful smell coming out from the other room (twin bed room). We couldn't decipher the source of that awful smell and so we went around the room sniffing one spot to another to trace the source of that unpleasant smell and we suspected it's excreting either from the sink or toilet bowl. Its smell had a slight resemblance to methane gas that's leaking out from a full septic tank. We couldn't say it's the source of that smell but we highly suspected it's from there. Anyway, we reported it to the Front Desk and we were immediately assisted and we all transferred to a different room. We thought it's over until the next morning when we woke up at around 7am. There's that smell again getting to our noses. I immediately packed up my staff and stepped out of the room. My friend who also slept inside that room just transferred to the next room and shut the door so the smell wouldn't get into the next room. I'm not sure if my friends who were left there until check out time reported it to the Front Desk.
It might have been a bad experience but the service of those Hotel staff who assisted us through out our stay overshadowed this experience. Their immediate responses to that sort of concerns and circumstances really impressed me. I couldn't remember a single time that I had to call them again to follow up. I hope the Hotel would know about this-- both the good and the bad side of this review. But, overall, this Hotel is remarkable. We will surely keep coming back....
Read moreMy bf and I went here for a staycation during the long weekend.||First, the security/parking guard helped me bring my luggage upstairs to the front desk. The check in was very smooth and fast. I even asked the front desk admin to reserve two seats for us for the street food buffet, and she promptly did that. She also explained everything I need to know. It was a plus as well that the sleeve of the keycards provided us the hours for breakfast buffet and the open hours of their amenities.||I also loved their breakfast buffet. We got different food everyday. Staples are taho (which I liked!), egg and toast station (my bf loved their french toast), and the hash brown and bacon (which are so good). We ate at 6 AM which is usually not the peak hours.||The gym is small, but we were able to get our workout for 2 days! The staff also talked to us about the gym and the water with cups in there already. We'll try the swimming pool next time as we were not able to bring swimsuits with us.||The area of the hotel is one of the things we loved as well. It's very near a lot of places we wanted to eat at. If you walk a lot, you'll appreciate how "near" good places to hang out or eat at.||Now, I have not even talked about the room yet. We loved it so much! It's fuss free. We appreciate that the sink is outside the toilet and bathroom, so I can just wash and do skincare there. The room was so clean. I know that the room we booked was small, but we did not expect that the room would have so much space for our stuff. The free slippers were quality as well. It was a bit softer than the usual hotel slippers. We also appreciate that the water refilling station was just outside our door.||For couples, maybe you'll love one of the features in their bathroom 🤭😉 trust us.||We loved this hotel the first time we visited. Maybe so much that we cancelled our hotel reservation in Eastwood to go back here in B Hotel. 😍 so we'll see this hotel...
Read moreStayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday. The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms. The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool.We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery. The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite. And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional.Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year!P.S.If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind:The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead.Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an...
