KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

Came here for a quick bite but decided to leave because it wasn't quick at all. After already spending 5 minutes to make an order, I learned from other customers who were loudly complaining that you have to line up first to order in their giant touch screen. Then you need to queue again to pay for what you ordered, before waiting a third time to finally get your food.

As I left and walked towards the parking lot, I realized that it probably would be faster if I just order through the drive-thru. Maybe. But then I realized I'm not also the biggest fan of their food so maybe next time then. Not in this...

There is sufficient parking and decent enough service. They are also open until late. However, drive thru staff seem curt at best. Not sure if she was having a bad day or was exasperated at having to repeat the items that were not available at the moment. They aren't the most keen on listening to additional instructions (no need for cutlery, gravy, request for additional tissue. Thus, we received excess cutlery, gravy which no one could eat, and 3 pieces of tissue for the bucket...

I always buy from the drive thru here and had good experiences all the time except today (May 13, 2025, around 11:50am). The customer service and communication skills of the staff taking and giving orders were so poor! Her aura was so negative too, it did affect how I felt about my food. I also feel like she punched my orders wrong as just last week I ordered the same food but was charged 90 pesos more (unless they suddenly raised their prices). Hope the staff gets the...
