We placed our order and the crew asked if it was okay to wait for 10 minutes—we said yes. After ten minutes has passed, I went to the counter to check if our order number was on the “Now Serving” list, but it wasn’t there, so I went back to my seat. After a few more minutes, I went back again—still nothing, and no crew member was calling out our order number either.

I returned once more, and this time one of the crew members finally acknowledged me and asked for our order number. I gave it and waited patiently again, but it still seemed like nothing was being done. It was only when the store was about to close that our order was finally given to us.

Actually, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this at this branch. It’s just really frustrating, which is why I decided to write this. My sister and I once ordered takeout—a burger, to be exact—and we waited for almost half an hour just to get it.

Please improve your service. Your crew tends to ignore customers. If someone is standing in front of the counter for a long time, you should approach them and ask about their concern. Yung crew na nagtanong kung anong order number ko, imposibleng ‘di ako niyan nakikita na nakatayo at...

Kudos to the Crews & Supervisor of this Mcdonald Branch inside Fisher Mall at Quezon Avenue corner FPJ Avenue. I would to highly praise the entire staff of this branch for their exceptional service, honesty & trustworthiness. I forgot a small paper bag of school supplies yesterday sometime in the afternoon of 10 August 2025 which is just worth around Php109. I was almost to forget about it but I still tried to ask if ever. To my surprise, the supervisor on duty handed it back to me. I am incredibly very grateful for such an exceptional honesty. Food and service is just like any McDonald’s. Not expecting restaurant type food and service here but serves well for errands and feeding the kids when you’re on the go.
