McDonald's Granada — Restaurant in Quezon City

This McDonald's is located along Granada Street, QC. Its in the area of the Greenhills Town Center. It is near JT's Manukan, Lola Nena. The service was usual. We had a complicated order (we ordered for 5 persons) but it was well listed by the staff. We had to wait for one of our orders and was requested to park at the waiting area. The waiting area (with the yellow and black lines when you drive out of the drive thru) was a bit narrow. We were using an SUV and there was not enough space, well actually just a little, for the exiting vehicles. We had to adjust a couple of times for the cars going out of the drive thru. Anyway, that's my only gripe. But food was...

The food was good. But the coffee float was not the same like in the other store it is lacking in coffee taste it is just like water and also the girl crew was wrong about my drink and a little bit rude, i observe how she prepare for my take away she is just throwing the fork to my take away for the mcspagetti and she also forget to give me a ketchup for my fries. I see it to her eyes that she is not happy on her job. I hope the management will take action in this kind of attitude of their employees....

22/04/19: had some issues with their food from their drive thru this morning on my way to the office. Raised my concern this evening and the staff were very accommodating and helped me solve the issue. Thank you Ms Issa!
