Pancake House SM Fairview — Restaurant in Quezon City

I recently visited Pancake, June 30, 2024 and I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While I understand that a service charge is typically added to the bill to cover the service provided, I feel that the quality of service during my visit did not meet the expected standard.

Specifically, I had to call the servicing staff multiple times to inform them of my needs, which significantly affected my overall experience. Given this, I believe that the service charge included in my bill was not warranted.
