The Harbor Seafoods is a hidden gem that is still on its way of improving its services especially for those who crave for unlimited serving of seafood dishes.
Let’s start with the space. It’s a small space that can cramp a maximum of six tables for 2-3 people dining together a group of 12 people only. Ventilation is honestly poor; there are small fans situated at the corners. Management started installing an air-conditioning unit as posted on their Facebook page, but it is yet to be used. The red walls which are supposed to increase one’s appetite made the room not only small and cramped but also was too restricting. The green plastic grass fixtures helped in a way to control the strong tones of red.
People normally stay for 2 hours since they offer unlimited serving of their dishes.
It is important to note that a comfort room or sink is not available for washing of hands. The least that the staff can offer is by holding a bucket of water while customers wash their handa along the sidewalk outside. Soap is not available. However, a generous supply of black nitrile gloves (the one used in salons and handling chemicals), rubbing alcohol, and power towels are readily accessible.
Now, the food. We ordered unlimited serving of medium-sized mud crab and shrimp in buttered garlic and cajun sauce. Honestly, the food taste is excellent, especially the sauce which fits very well with unlimited serving size. The shrimps are also juicy to the taste. As for the crabs, since they are just medium-sized, you’ll only get few crab meat from these tiny shells, so we just feasted on the shrimp instead. There is also unlimited serving of red iced tea, which as an unwanted sweet aftertaste.
After dining, we thought that considering eating at well-known unli dining restaurants could have been a better option (at a cheaper price with well-ventilated place), but we are grateful that we wete able...
Read moreVlogs about this place has been exaggerated deeply. First impression is that I cannot read their logo or sign, the restaurant sign and then the front door was filled with water marks from the previous days rain. As we sat down, staff was great however, I kept noticing the flies that keeps coming inside because the trash bins is right beside the front door. When it comes to the portion it’s fair enough for the price. However, crabs are small, scallops and mussels are overcooked and almost not there anymore, there’s not an actual lobster just a flat lobster I think that’s the only thing that has most meat in it. Did it taste good? Yeah? but I will not come back here again nor I would recommend it for anyone to experience it for the first time. Save your money and go somewhere else in V luna extension Sikatuna Village seafood extension (don’t be critical on punctuations or spellings —I did this through text...
Read moreThey are open 24 hours and you can choose usually either Cajun or buttered but sometimes even they said they are open 24 hours, in the night there might have been instances where there are no Unli anymore because they are short in stocks.
So, best way to send them a message first in their facebook page to guarantee that they have stocks for their UNLI if that's what you want.
Their restroom is kinda not so presentable but I think because that was a shared restroom for the tenants in there.
The ambiance of the place is 3/5 because there are flies lingering around while you eat, and you can see their stocks because their fridge, and other stuff are visible in the...
