I’m not usually a Karen, but dang, this place made me one. The ambiance here is great. If you want to enjoy some live music and drinks and chill, great. If you want to eat food…stay hungry my friends. My partner’s entree (a chicken soup dish)came out quickly and was “good” he proclaimed. I ordered a pizza that didn’t come out until he had finished his meal - maybe 30 minutes or more after ordering. Sooo hungry, and now, awkwardly eating alone, I tried the pepperoni pizza (it’s definitely not pepperoni on there). After all that time, the pizza was undercooked. How?! It had been a millennium! I sent it back just knowing it would take 100 more years to get it back. I was close. 20 minutes later, I was an old starving crone, when the pizza came back out. YOU GUYS…it was the exact same pizza! What were they doing back there? Monopoly? Filing paperwork at the DMV? Impersonating Joe Biden and forgetting the job at hand?! My pizza was a disgrace to pizzas everywhere. And I love pizza. So I dutifully ate while my partner awkwardly watched me, long after he’d finished his meal. And then we paid for this very unromantic, very unsatisfying and very sad pizza. (EDIT: upgraded from 1 star to 2. My partner said his meal was good and he didn’t...
Read moreDon't let the beautiful decor fool you. After 7months of travelling it's probably one of the most expensive meals we have eaten and it took over 1.5 hours to come. Asking twice about it's arrival time after an hour; first time the service girl disappeared and then never reappeared. Second time at the bar where they seemed to be concerned but still no apology offered. When we arrived we were one of 2 tables in there. The restaurant got busy and i think they may have just forgotten our order. Greek salad was also 50% onion at least. Had to separate it half way through as one person expected to consume that much onion is a bit crazy especially for 395 pesos! Most expensive onion of my life 😂 Safe to say; will not be returning to this place. The least they could do is offer an apology, my partner and i don't ever write reviews but it was a big disappointment for the price. And want others to be aware. However about 9 tables had their orders before ours and i am sure they had a better experience than us.
If you are looking for a better place to go (especially vegetarians). Go to Bahas or Luca Loko, great service at both and much better food...
