Monkey Business — Restaurant in San Juan

I was honestly blown away by how amazing everything was!! The place was spotless and the staff were extremely helpful, it was great to see such a high level of customer service.

Everything seemed to be cooked fresh to order, and you can really taste that! I'm not a big fan of burgers... But The big monkey business Bacon Cheeseburger which was so fresh and full of flavour  blew me away! By far my favourite dish!!! They're definitely generous with the amount of bacon they give you lol! You also have to try the banana fries which were delicious. (Would 100% recommend getting them with the business dipping sauce!!) On our second visit me and my son did the "Spring roll spicy challenge" we did it!! But truuuuust me it didn't end well lol! 🤪

On our third visit we had tried just about everything on the menu... Would highly recommend the fish and chips (probably the nicest white fish I had whilst in the Philippines!)

Only restaurant. The staff is kind and nice. The food is below average. The drinks are highly recommended. The problem is the waiting time. The waiter told us that it would have taken 20 to 25 minutes for our order. We asked to have some starters ready to eat. The drinks arrived immediately, but after 20 minutes, my starters did not arrive, and I had to ask for the follow-up the first time. After 25 minutes, we had the starters. After 1 hour I had to ask about our dinner. They said that they were cooking it now and it takes time because of the big portion ( not true, they are normal portions). They brought water instead( appreciated). After 1 hour and 25 minutes without live music, our food arrived. We arrived there for dinner at 20.30 but staring at having it at 22. My wife was sleeping already and coueat anymore, left more than half of her plate. It was not even full, only 4 tables were eating. The bill instead arrived very quickly, ten minutes after we started eating and without requesting it. I recommend only for drinks if they...

We went into the restaurant at 6pm, all the tables were busy or had reserve signs on them. We sat at a table that was reserved for 7pm..... plenty of time, you would think. The couple that had reserved the table came in at 6.30pm. The rude waitress came straight over and asked us to move tables (although there were no other tables available) we refused to move as we had already ordered food and the couple were early. At 6.50pm when my partner had finished her meal we were still waiting on one meal, which it turns out they had forgot. When they eventually brought it out at 7pm a few minutes later another waitress then came and told us we had to move tables - and sit with two other girls just enjoying their meal. Again we refused as it was their mistake and if not for that we would have been finished well in time for the couple. To top it off the food wasn’t great, if you are still planning on going don’t order a burger, bland and greasy. We saw a few other people complain around us too about the reservation system and...
