We had an amazing dinner at this small gem of a restaurant run by a lovely young couple. The food was delicious and very veggie forward, a welcome change after weeks of meat forward dishes. Vegans and vegetarians will find a healthy meal here.
They're taking a different spin on Philippino cuisine serving it Indonesian style, hence the name warung. With changing daily menus, you'll get a choice of either 2 meat and 2 veg for 190 PHP or 1 meat and 4 veg for 150 PHP and the size is very generous. The flavors are refined and intricate and perfectly balanced with the dish.

They had to go out and buy it from another place. We waited quite some time for our food, they forgot to serve some things, and even the bill took some time. Maybe they just weren’t used to serving a big group.
