Poor Service and Payment Issues

We had a very disappointing experience. We placed an order, but one of the items was never served even though it was included on the receipt. Fortunately, I checked the bill before paying.

I paid via GCash (through a SeaBank to GCash transfer) and after the payment was made and the transaction was already reflected in my SeaBank account, one of the staff suddenly told me that bank-to-GCash transfers were not allowed due to a previous incident. This was never mentioned beforehand, and they had already taken a picture of the transaction as proof.

If this type of payment is not acceptable, then you shouldn't allow it in the first place or at least inform customers clearly from the start. It felt very unprofessional and sketchy.

There were plenty of staff present, but the service was slow and disorganized. Overall, very poor...

We missed Bugis yey!!! go to place for Laksa ehehehe

We tried their dimsum Hakaw sadly it's like frozen mushy texture sauce too sour P120 4pcs pls improve 🤗

I also like Strawberry Kiwi P135 real fruits with a sweet & sour taste

Food affordable & for sharing Laksa 💗 Salted chix & shrimp Strawberry shake real fruit recommended to my friends, niece&nephew

Our go to place we ordered cereal shrimp & salted spare ribs nice taste with generous servings My personal favorite Strawberry shake & Laksa they've changed for different noodles which is chewy & good
