This has become one of my favorite ramen places! The parking was limited so I'm not sure where others should park if this gets crowded. The place is comfy and it felt cozy on a rainy day.

The service is all.abouy comfort! They have bells to help you call staff from the first floor, they offer oolong tea and have the right temperature for my requested warm water!!

The ramen was good as well! It was well thought out. The noodles were firm when served so it doesn't get soggy even if you finish your bowl after a couple of minutes. Their serving was well worth every cent spent! The taste is similar to those served in Japan as well, so to those who miss Japan, come try this one! But my personal favorite is the gyoza! It's cooked to perfection and filled with goodness! I love how I can taste the right amount of ginger so that it resets my palate to continue eating the ramen. Most have the tonkotsu broth but they have those that is halal friendly broth (as guaranteed bu the staff) so we can finally have our Muslim friends have a taste of Ramen!

Overall, I'm pretty much impressed. Will be coming back for more! I hope it keeps...

we are first-timers and this is NOT first-timer friendly. i asked if there are available seats upstairs since we’re eyeing for a cozy place and when they said yes, i was about to check it out first when both people, 1 guy cashier and 1 waitress yelled at us “PAYMENT FIRST.” it was embarrassing and there were no signs indicating such protocol. you need to reevaluate your customer service. they were also pressuring us to order all at once since they said they were having a “last call” at 9PM, but their closing time was at 10PM. i even saw more customers being seated but we were forced to order immediately. no apologies were made. i now understand why the rating is not so high on FB. it’s not abt the food but the employees. it was also raining that day and staffs did not offer to lend us their umbrella that was available...

My family and I have been going to this ramen place since 2015 and their service was usually decent until recently. Tonight was especially not their night.

From the moment we ordered, it took them an hour to serve us our one appetizer. I asked them to follow up the rest of our food and I was advised that our ramen was next in line for serving, but 10 minutes later they ended up first serving ramen to another table of people who arrived later than us lol.

If they just gave a simple heads up that our food would take a while, that would've sufficed and I would be more understanding.

A shame because we enjoyed their ramen and would always visit despite the awkward parking situation on that street on especially high-traffic evenings. No longer recommending this place and we're probably not going back...

We ordered the Iekei and the Truffle ramen. We loved both. 😄 Iekei was a safe choice since this is their basic one. For the truffle ramen, the truffle taste wasn't overpowering, it blended well with the broth as well as the mozarella cheese that came with it. The serving was just right. The chashu were on the thicker side, not that tender but I didn't really mind it. I loved the firmness of the noodle since I prefer hard noodles. Also, we loved their aji tamago, it was perfect as the yolk was soft while the white was firm, it was seasoned well with the soy sauce. Would definitely come back again to try their other food offering.

We got Gyoza, Tsuke Udon, and Black Garlic Ramen 😋 So yummy! You can really taste the fermented garlic in the ramen. The soup is saktong timpla - sooo tasty. The tsuke broth and chashu slices complement the thick perfectly-cooked udon noodles well. The gyoza is a little more gingery than other restaurants' gyoza but we like it naman 😁 Their servings are really big, worth it yung price. sayang I couldn't finish the udon, I was so full!! Comment ko lang sa place would be that it's medyo maingay because of the bare walls, and all the noise bounces off, but it's very cozy hehe
