Wanted to order cake for delivery like 2 times previously w/c were successful. This time no one answering their landline for 2 days. Went to Purple Oven San Juan. But they cant process my delivery order even if I pay all in advance. They said i can only use customer service numbers for deliveries which I did in front of their counter but no one answering either on 3 of their contact numbers. Staff said they cannot help me in any way. Went home...
