Chicken 🍗 crunchy ✅✅✅ juicy ✅✅✅ kept good temp despite long distance : good packaging ✅✅✅ flavor: good flavor except that it was quite salty ✅ would give food 4 stars if not for this

Gravy flavor and texture is spot on ✅✅✅ good enough serving size for bucket of 8 ✅✅✅

Service: Needs Improvement Staff are friendly Staff are inconsistent with response to queries (eg. how to reheat? someone said microwave.. what if you don’t have microwave like us? deep fry again for a few minutes..)

Suggestion: since this is a delivery only outlet (for now) reheating info (different options) best be placed on the packaging training for staff not to confuse customers clean the location cause it’s a reflection of what’s...

Not worth the hype in my opinion. The parts are not so big, and they gave mostly leg parts even when we requested specific parts.

Portion size nothing to write home about. Taste, nothing extraordinary. Even the curly fries that are supposedly large, was only half filled. Not really value for money. Not sure where all the high ratings are...
