McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

My friend and I went at this site together with an I AM Worlwide Corporation employee. When we arrived at this branch at around 11am (03/Dec/2020) and before we decided to order, we listened to the pitch of the I AM Worldwide Corporation employee as I am going to try their product which could possibly cure my cancer (I am a breast cancer Stage 4 patient). Before the I AM employee could finish her introduction about the product, we were approached both by the lobby person (he reported this to the manager on duty yesterday - 3rd of Dec, 2020) and the manager on duty advised us that we are not allowed to stay inside the store apparently to be fair to other paying customers as he said and metioned that due to Pandemic as well. That was when we decided to already place our order and waited for our food for the lobby person was already making unnecessary noise with the trash bin and we are all getting bothered and had a hard time hearing each other. Our point is, if we had placed an order right away - will they still treat us rudely? We just hope that they realize even if we have not placed an order right away - we are still future clients and probably have been loyal customers in the past. We also wish that this incident will be looked into and these McDonald's employees will be retrained in providing total customer satisfaction. What really makes a McDonald different is the staff and the facilities.

This mcdo is very peculiar. I’ve caught it several times having both toilets broken in the 1st and second floor. This makes going to the bathroom an anxiety term as you never know what treasure you will find.

The parking area smells like a lavatory or a poso negro.

The second floor has a nice veranda area which is locked and the story that some people say is someone jumped out 😳.

Malangaw din. I don’t understand why they cannot do anything with common pest. To think the outside is quite clean.

Every Army wants to take their own share of BTS Meal that is why me,my hubby and my daughter excitedly went to the nearest McDonald's store to enjoy ours. Thank you so much for the manager and crews of McDonald's Madison for being so accommodating and supportive. They happily assist us in taking photos, let me my daughter used some props that they prepared, joining us in a pic and even granting our wish to dine in the meal but take home the packaging. Your assistance is very much appreciated. Understanding our happiness and what make us happy means a lot. Simple but means big time. you guys make our hearts beat in happiness.
