Beware of this branch. They will not honor your PWD cards and tell you you're not in the database. I have 2 family members with PWD cards, 1 for scoliosis and 1 for ADHD. They check the DOH database which is known to contain an incomplete list of PWD in the Philippines. We informed the establishment that we can show the medical certificate from our doctor to show proof that the 2 individuals do have PWDs. We informed them as well that there has been issues with this database they are relying on because it is dependent on the updating of LGU and DOH, which is not always accurate. This is why we offered our medical certificates. The staff still refused.
Beware of establishments like Serenitea that use this new memo from the DOH as an excuse to NOT honor PWD discounts. There are other better milk tea places that will not abuse something rightfully given to our PWDs.

Love their chicken chops, always have, always will. AS A SNACK. Decided to eat here for dinner for the first time, and we spent 690 pesos for 2 people for what felt like a food court meal. First of all, chicken chops is 125 ala carte, 185 meal (with rice). If you order ala carte and extra rice it comes out as 165... Extra rice is 40 bucks, so there's a hack for you.
Our chicken did not come with the fried basil (my favorite part, was not informed it wouldn't be served), we ended up eating fried small bits of chicken with powder, and rice... felt sad. Ordered fried tofu as well, it was very very dry. We asked for sauce of any kind, and there was a charge even for just ketchup. So everything we ate felt like sand. As a snack the food would've been as amazing as always, but never eat dinner or lunch here. You're better off eating in food court stalls, cheaper, and more satisfying. [17JUL24] night cravings!! Walked 2km and back 2km for serenity matcha taho!
The resto is nice has ample parking infront guard is nice and assisting guests proactively. The inside has a cozy vibe. They have a restroom, shared and no bidet as of this writing.
