SERVICE
Our family had dinner on a Sunday in Shakey's greenhills. The restaurant was quite busy but it wasn't fully packed. We were seated in a dirty table. We had to ask them 3 times until they finally busted our table. They didn't even clean it that well. The service was really poor. Staff did not so seem enthusiastic in serving their customers. I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty but they weren't even smiling. The comfort room was closed and they were unapologetic about it.
FOOD
There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 children. We ordered the group meal for 12 servings. The serving size is not enough for all of us. Can't imagine if it was to be ordered by full sized 12 adults.
The pasta and mojos were good but the pizza's just ok. I'm surprised that they're famous for their pizza. I'd rather have one of those pizzas sold in the streets. Chicken is a little burnt and too salty for my taste.

Then, the security guard approached us to get our order then gave it to the crew. We ordered buffalo wings, mojos, and hi-protein pizza. When the buffalo wings arrived the side dishes were missing so we asked for it. We still had a hard time calling the crew and the security guard once again assisted us. When the side dish arrived, it was just cucumber with seeds! They did not even bother to remove the seeds.    Read moreThe two of us dined in for lunch today, 3/9/25; 12:14pm, but after 30 minutes, we still hadnât received our food. Meanwhile, two larger parties (of three or more) who arrived after us were served their food first. We followed up with three different staff membersâmost ignored us, but we eventually got someoneâs attention. The manager was updated that our orders were late and incomplete, but all she said was sheâd look into it.
In the end, we waited an hour just for two slices of pizza, which were part of my missing meal. To make matters worse, we were also double-charged for an order we never placed, and resolving that issue took even more time. Overall, we spent an hour waiting for an incomplete mealâjust...
