McDonald's Antipolo Circumferential — Restaurant in San Roque

Good day. I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to McDonald's. I was hoping to have a pleasant meal with my parents, but unfortunately, the experience fell short due to some service issues. We were not provided with a receipt, and our order was assigned to the wrong table number. This caused a delay, and I eventually had to go to the counter myself to claim our food. It was quite uncomfortable, as it seemed like the mistake was being placed on me.

Among the staff, only Ms. Ivy assisted us properly. She was courteous and attentive, and I truly appreciate her effort. However, I hope the rest of the team, including the manager, Ms. Erica, can work on better communication and customer service also Ms. Daisyree. I believe that with proper training and attention to detail, the service can greatly improve.

My first time buying from this branch I was dissappointed because the cheese burger and fries at the drive thru were too cold, last night I tried to buy an actual one inside their store and they gave me a cheese burger that had a lot of scattered rock salt how I will eat it if it is too salty and not healthy. The assigned superior informed me with a smile while saying that they actually put rock salt together with pepper on the cheeseburger except for the McDonald's burger. but I only heard it from her and I don't believe it, because it was my first time to taste a cheese burger and only at the unciano branch that has a lot of rock salt, which you can't eat because it's too salty. I'm not allowed and allergic to salty so I just didn't eat it and wasted what I paid for. from now on I will never buy a cheeseburger at the unciano...

Attended a kid's birthday party. Party started late. Seems like they were still fixing/cleaning the hall when we arrived. Ambiance is ok. Sound system is good.

However, food distribution can be improved. Some kids in one table ate later than most adults Kids could have been prioritized over distributing meals per table.

Ordering system for normal meals is ok, made quite efficient due to the use of the machines/kiosks that allow for cashless payments. However, the branch felt really tiny because all seats outside the function hall were taken. Granted, it's valentine's day and there's a party so maybe that's the reason for the branch being too crowded. I just wished they had a 2nd floor to accommodate...
