We went this place for the Batangas Lomi, but so frustrated that the staff are not as expected, the staff are seated passing back and forth as if they are not seeing ayone. The place is pay as you order, we get our coke from the fridge after paying , get your own utensilsfrom the counter The order is very slow, took so long to come. We even wondered if there is available coconut for buko halo halo that I need to go back twice to ask for the order and the anwer you get is "ginagawa pa po" thinking that we are the only costumer at that time. We ordered the street food platter which is unbelievable took like more than 2 hours to wait. The charcoal was not ready that they to start when we ordered and the explation we got is they dont serve this menu befoe 4Pm which was never explained. So I should not even ordered, and was wondering that hotdogs was even on the menu but were not given to us, thinking it was on the food that have to go. Because not stay any longer because everyone of us was annoyed and frustrated. I asked for a container for our extra food which we were not able to finished but to my surprise they asked for 10 pesos payment per container. 1st resto I went with this kind of policy. This is the worst place I went to. No good things to say. Thinking that they have a lot of staff doing nothing.we went.to eat about 2pm which not a peak hour. We were the only...

The Lomi Batangas is plain and bland, no flavors or anything.
And what really sucks about this place is the customer service that they have. I just hope that they can fix this and drive their staff to provide quality service and food...
