We went here for dinner our family didn't eat much so we ordered the rice bowl for each of us and a chopsuey platter which is great the veggies taste fresh has no bland taste, the lumpia bowl and fish fillet tasted great which my kids had and finished it fast, I had the beef kare-kare bowl it has little peanut sauce, I asked the waiter for more they gladly gave me more although the taste is bland the fish paste tasted only salty it does not blend with the taste of the peanut sauce. Overall service was good the food is a bit fine...

Still the best chicken in the country. However, their chicken sisig needs some attention. The meat in their sisig can be especially hard sometimes. There was even a time a few years back where the sisig served to me and a foreign friend tasted and smelled like old meat. This was in Angeles City while doing some consulting for my friend's startup. An isolated case but the hardness of the meat seem consistent among all branches.

We had a wonderful family lunch at Max Restaurant in Sto. Tomas. The food was delicious – everything was fresh and flavorful. But what truly made our experience special was the staff's heartwarming gesture of singing "Happy Birthday" to my daughter. Everyone joined in, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
