Jollibee — Restaurant in Tacloban

Take out that asks you to wait 15 minutes. Always out of stock on something. Just bad management however you want to look at it. Always forgets something. Missing utensils out. Even forgetting some orders. order any part besides breast part of the chicken and u will get breast part.

I really have nothing positive to share about this branch. Its one of the worse Jolibee branches I have tried. Too bad there are no other nearby Jolibee drive through. Lol

Went here a few days ago. No soft drinks again. Im starting to suspect the franchisee isn't paying coke regularly and gets cut off a lot. Same with palo branch as well. Shame on jolibee can't even pay for soft...

Update today 02/25/22 Two months later. Nothing has changed. Same kind of service on their drive thru. To think that we were not even too many cars on the line. Same style. You don't get your food at the pickup counter. You are told to park and yet again wait for a couple more minutes. They prioritize the food delivery riders. Please don't offer DRIVETHRU if you cannot live to its name.

I am not the biggest fan of fast food. The service was okay and the food was exactly what you can expect of the price. I dislike the advertisement that is focused on children. I think it is sick to gain more customers that way especially in a country that already has problems with obesity and diabetes. Healthy food options would be great. The good thing was compared to other fast food chains that the drinks can be ordered in reusable cups and the food that is consumed at the restaurant...
