While travelling to Tacloban we have sent our orders through Messenger. It was convenient, and the only thing to do is come to the restaurant and wait for the food to be served.
The ambience is nice, very upscale.
I ordered beef tapa with egg and sprite in a can. The plate was oily. I understand the the egg and tapa may be oily in the cooking process, but there was so much oil in my plate, including my rice. Beef was not tender enough too.
