BIKERS & RIDERS FOODLANE — Restaurant in Tagaytay

Me and fam ate in this bulalo karinderya during our stay in Tagaytay and we were utterly disappointed with the food, price, and ultimately, the service.

Nag dine kami kasi sya yung pinaka cheapest na bulalo available sa area namin. Eto ang isa sa patunay na magkaiba talaga ang “cheap” sa “affordable”.

The bulalo itself is so-so pero kulang na kulang sa sabaw. 80% bone and 20% beef? Kulang pa sa dalawa yung total servings at yung iba kong kasama sabaw nalang natikman.

The worst part of this experience is yung service. Bukod sa masungit yung nasa server, may service fee pa! Hindi kami iniinform na may service fee pala na 5% kaya nag bayad ako ng extra 150+ pesos without the service that was expected. Humihingi ako ng hindi malamig na tubig but it never came. Yung plates, nilagay na lang ng basta sa table at kami pa yung nag distribute. This is probably nitpicking pero may service fee eh. Partly at fault siguro kami dito kasi hindi namin nakita yung bond paper na may nakasulat about the fee pero NASA LIKOD NG PINTO yung papel and you will not even see it unless mag babayad kana.

Disappointing. Never dine in...

Found this sweet neat spot near picnic grove.

Napansin ko din na wala sya sa Gmaps so naisipan ko na ding ilagay derecho para malaman nyo na solid ang bulalo dito!

For only 380 you get to enjoy classic bulalo good for 2 and with rice na. There are also bulalo na good for 7 or 6 people na din ata yun (sayang di ko napicturan haha).

Pros: Solid ang laki nung karne hahaha Malasa yung sabaw feels like Mang Vic's bulalo along marilaque hway May mga laman tlgang gulay Mas masarap at mas madami ang servings (mas worth it din) kumpara dun sa kainan sa tapat ng PICNIC GROVE as in. Di ko na papangalanan pero alam nyo na yon 🤣 Buo yung kanin. Quality bigas mga sir! 🤣

Cons: Parking yun lng. Medyo walang space. Park ka nlng sa kabilang side ng kalsada.
