Siglo Brew — Restaurant in Tagaytay

A hidden gem at the back of the compound of View Park Hotel / Siglo restaurant compound. They have an advocacy to promote local coffee (and sure beer). Went there for a nightcap. They serve both coffee and beer which fits their name. We tried the beer flight: a sampling of all their beers and a bowl of peanuts. Super value for money. They also have a joint area outside where you can have your coffee or beer al fresco. They only opened June/July 2021. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and really have an eye for customer service and promoting their advocacy. There is parking in the driveway so you can park even if the restaurant parking is full. Super nice gem. 10/10...

I absolutely adore this charming coffee shop that specializes in Filipino merienda dessert fare. During our visit, we indulged in their delightful chicken empanada, generously filled with shredded chicken, and their exquisite banana turon accompanied by a scoop of decadent ice cream. Another highlight was their refreshing cucumber kalamansi with a unique twist, elegantly garnished with edible blue ternate flowers. Made the mistake of arriving at Siglo Brew at 8:30PM on a Sunday—just in time for their last order. So I only got to try their Barako Stout (₱230) craft beer which was excellent. Since they were about to close, their staff was kind enough to serve our beer order at their Siglo Modern Filipino Restaurant (near the main entrance, you’ll pass by the resto before heading to Siglo Brew)

Will definitely be back to enjoy Siglo Brew’s ambiance and try their coffees and other craft beer...
