Banis rice in a box — Restaurant in Tagaytay

Poor customer service, broken glasses, and overcooked food.

Reached the restaurant at 2:40 pm and got our food at 3:28 pm.

I would understand if they are understaffed but the reason our food got is that they ran out of rice. They should have let us know of the situation and gave us a choice if we want to stay or not.

Drink Glasses they served us were broken and the water they served it with started leaking.

The crispy sisig and adobo we ordered were over cooked...

My first experience here was terrible. We ordered at 12:59 and we paid 2,000 and after 30 minutes we decided to follow up our order. And hour had passed we still haven't got our order. We had to follow up again. My point is why we had to follow up 2 times before getting our order? It's okay if we wait for just 15-30 minutes but 1 hour is long and people are starving. Yes, your food maybe good but good service...
