I went back here, more than half a year after my previous visit and observed a couple changes.
Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service was quicker than before and the food comes out a lot faster too. They are a lot more attentive to customers as well and the staff no longer seem swamped with workload.
Food ⭐⭐⭐ Unfortunately, they weren't able to retain the same food quality as before
➖Spring Rolls 5️⃣/1️⃣0️⃣ There's more noodles now and incredibly small amounts of meat and vegies as well. Ordering this used to be sulit as it's affordable, filling and satisfying but not anymore unfortunately.
➖Pho 1️⃣/1️⃣0️⃣ Just don't order this. I understand that Pho tastes different depending on where you are in Vietnam and that people cook it differently but their Pho is just a huge disappointment considering the very rich beef cuts available within Tagaytay. It was tasteless that you have to put a lot of sriracha and hoisin just to make it barely tolerable. I don't like wasting food but I can't really force myself to eat bland food.
👎I used to love this place and we would even drive all the way to Tagaytay just for this but not anymore.
👎Won't come back, such a let down.
👎 Don't recommend

SUPERB!!!
I came here with my husband for a late lunch today. He's been planning to visit because we love Pho but the nearest Vietnamese restaurant chain that we know is miles away.
We were blown away by the quality of the food! We ordered
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pho Bo - 290php = Good for 2 people. I believe they sourced their beef locally which is a good thing Batangas beeh is really more savory and flavorful compared to those in Manila or even Cavite. The broth was perfect, there was adequate serving of beef and bean sprouts as well. I would've just wanted a more spicy hot sauce which you add to the soup and hoisin sauce with a bit more flavor.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fried Spring Rolls - 200php = This was unreal! It was packed with so much flavor and it pairs amazingly with the sauces served with it. It comes in a plate with lettuce and a small serving of pickled carrots and radish. For the full experience, wrap the spring roll in the lettuce with the pickled vegetables and dip it on the sauce. It's incredibly refreshing, definitely better than those from Pho Hoa or Pho 96.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fresh Spring Rolls - 180php = This is our ultimate favorite!! It tastes unbelievably amazing with the brown vinegar sauce and made us realize that we haven't had authentic Vietnamese fresh spring roll until now! I thought I would be disappointed because I expected the usual peanut sauce but I'm glad to be wrong. Will definitely buy this again and again!
⭐⭐⭐ Meat with Pepper Sauce and Rice - 210php = This is a very filling meal and tastes a little close to our Binagoongan. It was served with a rich broth soup and a bowl of rice. It just tasted a little salty for our palette but definitely worth the price.
🔴 I think the only aspect we didn't like was that there's quite a bit of flies in the restaurant which I guess can't be avoided because of it's layout.
However, the cute doggo made that more than tolerable too!
All in all it was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend this for thise who wanted to try authentic Vietnamese dishes.
Also, kudos to the Vietnames owner, I didn't catch his name but thanks for the amazing service! 'Til...

We ordered the Pork BBQ Banh Mi, and I loved the contrast between the sweet, crunchy bread and the savory filling with hints of cilantro. The seafood Pho is spicy enough that condiments aren’t necessary, making it a perfect match for Tagaytay's cool climate. The fresh spring rolls are superb, with generous servings of rice noodles and prawn, though I thought the dip was the real star. My favorite dish was the Chicken Thigh Barbecue—the meat was succulent and tender, with a flavor that somehow reminded me of Peking duck. It was a delightful food adventure, and I appreciated how each dish complemented the others, leaving no feeling of ‘umay’ afterward. To finish, the Vietnamese coffee...
Read moreHave been a frequent dinner at this place since it opened but the standard has dropped significantly since it opened. Prices have also been raised. The Pho Bo is unfortunately anemic and lacks real punch. Most of the items are quite pricey for mediocre quality. There are definitely better Vietnamese restaurants that you can go for. If you asked for drinks without ice they only fill half the cup cos the boss instructed them to. Didn't used to be that way... Grilled squid is way way too expensive, better to get your pusit at the inihawan instead. Think I need to evaluate my life choices pertaining to dining here in future. But staff are great...
