They have superb ramen! 😊

Came here for a post valentine's lunch and ordered the

Karaage Set Shio Ramen ⭐⭐⭐ very rich broth and the meat literally melts in your mouth, order the bigger sized bowl because the small one might not fill you up Karaage ⭐⭐⭐ one of the best tasting Karaage we've had, dynamic flavour, tender meat and very filling

Miso Ramen ⭐⭐⭐ as someone very passionate about Miso this definitely does the job! Rich flavorful broth and buttery meat, you won't get tired of the taste

Mango Maki Roll ⭐⭐⭐ I love how dynamic the taste of this Maki is and also very refreshing. Even my husband who usually doesn't eat mango loved it

Crispy Tuna Roll ⭐ This is a miss. Very dry texture and the rice doesn't stick together maybe because it was fried? Not worth ordering

Customers are expected to order in the counter which doesn't seem to fit the idea of a Japanese restaurant with this price point, so we're a bit unimpressed by that.

They took sometime preparing and serving our food it was tolerable, just don't come here if your borderline hangry already.

Loved the interior too! Will definitely...

Ambience This little Japanese, casual dining restaurant is on one of the upper floors of Ayala Mall Serin, sharing dine-in space with Katsu Sora.

Food I'd say the food met my expectations. The Ebi Furai Roll was surprisingly good, with a slight crisp, some so-so rice, and fairly good shrimp. Flavor was the savior. Karaage was one of my favorites since it was very tasty and crunchy, and squeezing the lemon over it plus the Ebi Furai Roll made a big difference in balancing the flavor. Its sauce was okay and could be better. Shio Ramen was fun to share for two and the sesame gave it an interesting touch. For the price, serving was pretty adequate.

Service Apparently, how you order your food is different here compared to other branches. I found it interesting. We didn't have to wait that long and the overall food flavor justified every waiting minute.

We would consider this restaurant again but there are other options to try in the area. This is a common when we're feeling adventurous, which is like,...

Good concept, but it doesn't have the ambiance you'd expect. Orders are taken at the counter - presumably as an effect of the pandemic. Seating is spacious - but feels like a school lunch room. Plastic barriers for social distancing at the tables are pretty decent and clean.

The ramen at this place doesn't just tickle my taste buds. It feels assembled to a certain degree. The broth, noodles, and toppings feel like they were prepared separately and then just combined upon ordering. In ramen, I prefer that the flavors "blend" to a certain extent, where the noodles absord some of the broth flavor, and the toppings both receive and give flavor to the broth. That's the missing piece for me for...

Legit casual Japanese ramen shop in Ayala Serin Mall, Tagaytay. It shares the dining space with Katsu Sora, another Japanese resto offering tonkatsu dishes. The shop is a cross between a fast-food and fine dining as you have to fall in line to order and pay at the counter, after which you wait an average of 15 minutes as they cook your order. The takoyaki was hot off the grill, smooth and creamy on the inside, and generously drizzled with Japanese mayo and special sauce, and topped generously with bonito flakes -- with the taste spot-on like the ones you'd get in Osaka. The ramen are available in two sizes - the noodles were cooked to perfection and the broth good to the last drop.
