By far the worst Jollibee branch in terms of service. It took us almost an hour for our takeout order to be prepared and completed because of the following: Useless Jollibee touch screen order machine - this should make our orders relayed in advance but it was no use There is only one cashier accepting payments despite long line of people - around 20 to 30 minutes waiting time No system of ensuring that all orders are prepared in sequence and completed first-in first-out No one seems to be in charge of ensuring that all orders are prepared in sequence and completed immediately. No urgency to complete the orders despite several follow-ups and long line of people waiting for their orders Lack of empathy - told us that our orders will be completed in 11 minutes but waited for an hour for a simple order of 1 super meal, 5 yum with cheese, 1 crunchy chicken and 1 tuna pie trio

Kindly improve on your system and ensure that all orders are completed as soon as possible similar to all other branches of Jollibee. Management should consider retraining the managers and staff to improve efficiency.
