The French Baker — Restaurant in Tagaytay

I love the food. The attitude of the other staff not much. Some of them were nice some aren't. Like this one time, I was getting a tray. Then the staff told me in a mild irritated voice that they're already in a half price and doesn't allow customers to use the tray. Which is acceptable, so I proceed in the front. and while I was getting what I want to buy she stopped me again and said that there was a line. I would like to appreciate it if in the first place she told me that I should fall in line like the others. I felt so humiliated in that situation. I just hope that they talked to the customer nicely. And informed the customer the needed information, because I wasn't inform in the first time that she stopped me. It's so humiliating, personally even thou I love the food. It would take me a long while before coming back...

I recently dined at this establishment and ordered fish and chips, carbonara, and a mushroom soup bread bowl. Unfortunately, the fish and chips were undercooked, with the batter not being crispy and easily separating from the fish. Despite the wait of over thirty minutes, the dish remained undercooked. The carbonara was okay although the pasta was also slightly undercooked. However, I loved the bread bowl, which was excellent. We got seated in the booth area, and we noticed several mosquitoes under the table. While I generally enjoy French Baker, this particular branch could benefit from some...

This establishment has the poorest service I've experienced. It took them 30 minutes before serving our orders. There were 6 staffs just talking but not paying attention to us. My wife had to approach the cashier to get their attention as to when our orders will be served, only then they started to prepare our food and coffee. The staff were unfriendly, inattentive and rude. I will rate this place a 1 star (one star) accordingly-based on poor service. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody for one thing they considered us as low class...
