If you’re a hotpot lover, A1 Hotpot is the place to be! From the moment you step in, the inviting aroma of simmering broths sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
The variety at A1 is incredible – whether you prefer rich, spicy Sichuan or a comforting herbal broth, they’ve got you covered. Their ingredient selection is equally impressive, with fresh seafood, premium cuts of meat, and an array of vibrant vegetables. The self-serve sauce bar is a highlight, allowing you to create the perfect dip to complement your meal.

Read moreIt's always a pleasure to go to A1 Shabu Shabu. Since going here last April, I've visited 3 more times. Their hostess Steph is top notch. She gives great recommendations, and she even prepared our sauces for us. The Signature dipping sauce is the best. I wouldn't even bother making my own anymore.
I've tried the different soups, beef, sate, chicken herbal, but my favorite is the Mala Shezuan my favorite. With the beef slices, I'm happy with the beef karubi and Shao Xing beef. I didn't try the more expensive cuts anymore.
Their handmade house specialties are the best! I love the shrimo balls, and HK wontons, but I suggest getting the four kinds fresh balls.
I'll also recommend the mushrooms, corn, watercress, and my favorite, the fried taopao (beancurd skin).
If you don't want to think of what to get, order the set menu. It has...
