Place was well lit when we entered but soon the place was engulfed in darkness (OA lang). There were some problems with the breaker so our orders were delayed. Aircon was on , so it was ok. Staff , very attentive and kept apologizing profusely. We had dinner by mobile flashlight. Since we wanted to see what we were eating. Standard veggies and balls that came with the set were quite plentiful for a single person. Choice of soup are plentiful. We asked for 1 mushroom and 1 beef. Soup was bland,so we had to ask for salt. Wait staff told us that their customers love using their dipping sauce ( which you are free to make) as their panlasa. The flavors were there wala lang talagang alat. Love the Karubi beef we ordered ala carte better than the Angus. We plan on returning to try out the other soup options and of course the beef.

A good break from the regular offerings in BGC. A bit on the pricey side matching the OG Hotpot places but given where it is, you can somewhat overlook the price. Hard to get seats during peak and weekends but they will give you the option for shared spaces proving a partition Good spread of choices and items do feel premium..even the dumplings, noodles, etc. Meats are also different from what you expect from the run of the mill hot pot places. The sauce and condiment area is where we believe they have a big difference. Good selection and well maintained. Sauces really feel different and not derivatives. Herbs are always fresh, and have a good mix of options

I ordered Angus beef set and a mushroom soup. Quality of beef was very good! Tried to paired it with the homemade special sauce as this was the recommendation of your team leader, Jason. He was right, dipping it to the sauce makes it tastier and superb. I enjoyed my meal very much. Price wise--a bit pricey but it was given justice. The ambience was very nice and very comfortable. The team leader, Jason was very accomodating as well as the other staff. Overall experience--that was so good, better and best! Soon will try other set just to explore more about your offers. Thank you for making my craving so satisfying. More food trip with you soon!😊😍👍

If you’re a hotpot lover, A1 Hotpot is the place to be! From the moment you step in, the inviting aroma of simmering broths sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

The variety at A1 is incredible – whether you prefer rich, spicy Sichuan or a comforting herbal broth, they’ve got you covered. Their ingredient selection is equally impressive, with fresh seafood, premium cuts of meat, and an array of vibrant vegetables. The self-serve sauce bar is a highlight, allowing you to create the perfect dip to complement your meal.

The service was exceptional. Jian, Jasper and Mykel were attentive, quick to refill our broths, and offered great recommendations for first-timers. The ambiance is warm and lively, making it a fantastic spot for family dinners or catching up with friends.

A1 Hotpot truly delivers on flavor, quality, and service. It’s now my go-to spot for hotpot cravings. Highly...

It's always a pleasure to go to A1 Shabu Shabu. Since going here last April, I've visited 3 more times. Their hostess Steph is top notch. She gives great recommendations, and she even prepared our sauces for us. The Signature dipping sauce is the best. I wouldn't even bother making my own anymore.

I've tried the different soups, beef, sate, chicken herbal, but my favorite is the Mala Shezuan my favorite. With the beef slices, I'm happy with the beef karubi and Shao Xing beef. I didn't try the more expensive cuts anymore.

Their handmade house specialties are the best! I love the shrimo balls, and HK wontons, but I suggest getting the four kinds fresh balls.

I'll also recommend the mushrooms, corn, watercress, and my favorite, the fried taopao (beancurd skin).

If you don't want to think of what to get, order the set menu. It has...
