If I could give a 0 star or negative star, I would have. Their entree is paired with overflowing soup, garlic bread, and salad, which made their entree more expensive compared to Italianis. I wouldn't mind the price if 1. We got the soup, but we did not get any. 2. If salad is good, which is not. 3. If the entree is good, which is not. 4. If the customer service is good, which is not. And for the record is the worst I have experienced. The customer service could have been more proactive In checking if orders are complete or if we want refills. They are not even proactive in offering water and to refill our lemonade. There were two ladies standing to accept guests. They could have gone beyond their scope to check their guests instead of just standing there. They will wait for others to attend to our needs. I wonder if it's because i was wearing pambahay, cheap clothes, and slippers. The staff of mang inasal and Tokyo Tokyo are much more proactive in offering extra rice and soup. Let's talk about their food. We got truffle and honey pizza, which I think is so confusing. I don't know if I'm having a pizza or a dessert. The salad is so simple with not much dressing. Good though, that really little dressing was mixed evenly. I ordered Italian frozen margarita, which I received after we are almost done with our entree. That should not take more than 10 minutes to prepare. I was also surprised to get big ice with it. I have ordered a lot of frozen margarita before, but I was not like that. I was surprised to get powdered orange juice around the glass instead of ice. Again, customer service gave a shot of amaretto without explaining that I can mix it with the drink if I want. Did not even give a straw or stirer... should I mix that my used spoon or fork? Again, customer service could be more proactive. It was a terrible experience. Will I be back? Yes. To see if there are any changes. And I will be a tougher customer. Besides, I'm still curious about other cocktails that they have.

Had lunch at an off peak hour - 2pm. There were vacant tables inside but we would have to wait behind 3 other groups to be seated so we decided to dine outside. Which was weird because the entire place was only half occupied. Be prepared for a few things when choosing to dine outside - flies landing on your food / drinks, vagrants approaching to beg, and some of the slowest service you will ever encounter in your life. We were told 15 minute wait time for food, but it took more than 30. First order of salad had a generous amount of cheese and good balance of dressing. Subsequent refills were without offers of cheese and almost bone dry. Soups were delicious but took 15-20 minutes (not exaggerating!) to refill. We had to follow up 2-3 times for each request. Service was great when you had it, but it's almost like you have to look for it each time. Every course follow up, every refill request, we had to stand up and go inside to look for a server. Why was it so hard to find one each time? Also, inside, the place was stuffy, almost like the smell of food would stick to your clothes. The restroom was the coolest area in the entire restaurant, temperature-wise. On our first half hour, the table beside us were done and left. By the time we were done more than 1.5 hours later, their table had not been cleared. That's how slow the service was. A pity. Food taste and quantity not an issue, but the slow and almost invisible service made it difficult to ask for simple things like pepper, cheese, etc. Definitely not looking forward to returning.

We came here for dinner. I love Italian food. I could eat it forever. Olive Garden is a bit frowned upon by Italian food purists as it is a commercialized Italian food joint that takes away its authenticity. However, if you want an introduction to Italian food I think this is a good option. Food was 3⭐️because it was nothing special. The flavors were a bit underwhelming. The good thing about it though is that they serve unlimited bread sticks and soup with your main course. And there is a variety of soup to choose from. The best soup for me was the Minestrone, which was also their best seller. For the main course, I got Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken was a decent size and it was cooked just right. My friends also got the calamari which tasted okay. Overall I think if you are not very particular about Italian food and just want a satisfying meal, this is a good spot. It’s a bit on the expensive side though, the main courses range from 650 and above. There are better italian restaurants that cost less. Service was very good. The servers were all attentive and even if it was already close to 9pm, none of them were annoyed that there were still people coming in. Service was fast too. Atmosphere was nice. It was lively.

Our recent visit to Olive Garden was nothing short of spectacular, and we owe much of that to our phenomenal server, Angel! From the moment we were seated, Angel’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Her genuine smile and attentive service made us feel like valued guests, elevating an already delightful meal into something truly special.Angel was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring our glasses were always filled and that every detail of our meal was perfect. Her enthusiasm for her job was infectious, and her friendly, professional approach made us feel like we were dining with a friend who genuinely cared about our experience. The food was absolutely outstanding, showcasing Olive Garden’s classic Italian-American flavors at their finest. The Chicken Parmesan was a standout—crispy, golden breading encasing tender chicken, smothered in rich marinara sauce and melted mozzarella, served alongside perfectly cooked pasta that soaked up the sauce beautifully. The pasta itself was al dente and paired wonderfully with the robust, savory flavors of the accompanying sauce. Of course, the unlimited house salad, with its crisp greens and zesty Italian dressing, was a refreshing start, and those iconic, warm, garlicky breadsticks were as addictive as ever. Every dish arrived hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor, making each bite a delight. What truly set this meal apart was Angel’s impeccable service. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, refilling our breadstick basket at just the right time and ensuring our plates were cleared promptly without ever making us feel rushed. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth turned a great meal into an extraordinary experience. It’s rare to encounter a server who balances professionalism with such authentic kindness, and Angel nailed it.This visit to Olive Garden was one for the books, thanks to the delicious food and Angel’s exceptional service. We left with full stomachs and big smiles, already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re dining at Olive Garden, do yourself a favor and request Angel—she’s an...

Very disappointing and mediocre food.

Calamari - I am surprised how they can fail this dish. Not tasty and a little burnt. Italian sausage pizza - okay, but a little salty. Shrimp scampi - good portion and quantity of shrimp but very dry and bland. Kids spaghetti and chicken fingers - good portion size but not good.

Our other issue was their pricing logic. They have unlimited refill of soup and salad for every entree ordered. However, if you order an entree that is for sharing, even if it is for 2-3 persons, only 1 person can have the unlimited soup/salad. You are better off ordering solo entrees if you want everyone to have the refills. They also said that if you start sharing the soup/salad, the refill will stop. This last part makes sense. However, what doesn't make sense is that everyone who has this unlimited soup/salad won't get a refill anymore even if only one decides to stop the refill and share with someone else in the group.

Tbh, their salad was also disappointing. You'd get a better quality salad in a fastfood restaurant or in a supermarket. Their minestrone soup was okay, I kind of liked it. Overall, their quality of food is in the middle of a fastfood restaurant and casual dining. They failed to provide good "Italian" food given their prices. Mediocre at best.

Service though was good. Attentive and helpful. However, it was surprising as when I tried to call them and make a reservation, the person just answered with a "hello". I had to confirm whether I am calling the correct restaurant. How the person took my reservation was sub-par with other restaurants of the same expected level. Seems like she was preoccupied or something else. Nonetheless, they accommodated our earlier request and the table was ready when we got there.

Will I go back here again?...
