Pizza, of course this is Domino. Could have been the best pizza for Filipinos because the crust is like Pandesal. But unfortunately, I was not very happy with app delivery. I thought it was fast because I placed my order 9:25pm and the pizza went to oven 9:28pm. It was out for delivery by 9:38pm. But it arrived 10:05pm. I wonder where he went because Tuktukan to Bantayan Street would have been 8 mins. The app could have indicated GPS tracking feature so we know where the rider is. Another thing, I indicated in the space for change the exact amount of cash I will pay. But Melvin said he did not have enough for change. He showed me the money he has in his pocket, I insisted to just take the 20 pesos paper bill and 10 pesos coin. I ended up paying 670 pesos instead of 618 pesos. Also, app should have review feature so we can give feedback to the branch instead of publicly ridiculing the whole company in Google. Since this is my favorite pizza, I will just pick-up next time. What a disappointing way to end the year. Today is my 3rd time ordering through the Domino’s Pizza website and this branch was responsible for my orders. Each time (including today) I chose to pay by “Credit Card / GCash at the door” and wrote at the delivery instructions “credit card at the door please”.
They usually call me to confirm my order’s legitimacy, but they didn’t call today. I ordered at 4:50pm but it arrived so late at 7:15pm PLUS THE DRIVER DIDN’T HAVE THE CARD MACHINE. A person from Dominos Taguig Branch called at 703pm to confirm the delivery address. It was already 830pm and. The food has not arrived. We tried messaging the no. That called to follow up and actually cancel already because we cannot cancel the order in the Grab app anymore but they never replied to apologize, advice delay nor explain. I called the Dominos Hotline and they just kept on telling us that they already got a hold of the Manager and said that they would call us. NO ONE CALLED. Called the hotline 3 times nand they just kept on saying the same thing. But the branch manger NEVER called. The food arrived at 9pm via Food Panda and it was cold already.
