My 6 year old boy was vomiting while sleeping after he had ube cupcake last night😭😭😭😭

This is truly the worst experience. I ordered three flavors—ube, chocolate, and strawberry. After my child had already finished the ube cupcake, we discovered that the strawberry cupcake was badly covered in mold.

If my child gets sick, who will take responsibility? I also had to throw away the strawberry cupcake and the other one because they smelled moldy at the bottom.

Never order from this place. I’m honestly afraid my child might get sick from these cupcakes. The delivery also arrived completely squashed.

I ordered because my child wanted the ube cupcake, but after he ate it, that’s when we found the mold. It makes me feel like I wish he could vomit it out.

If my child gets sick, I will file a claim for damages.

Talagang pinakamasamang karanasan ito. Umorder kami ng tatlong cupcake—ube, tsokolate, at strawberry. Naubos na ng anak ko ang ube cupcake at pagkatapos ay nakita namin na yung strawberry cupcake ay sobrang may amag.

Kung masira ang tiyan ng anak ko, sino ang mananagot? Itinapon din namin ang strawberry cupcake at yung isa pa dahil may amoy ng amag sa ilalim.

Huwag kayong oorder dito, napakasama! Nakakatakot na baka magkasakit ang anak ko sa cupcake na ito. Dumating din ang delivery na lahat ay nadurog.

Umorder kami dahil gusto ng anak ko ng ube cupcake, pero pagkatapos niyang kainin iyon, saka lang namin nadiskubre ang amag. Para bang gusto ko siyang magpatawag ng suka para mailabas ito.

Kung magkasakit ang anak ko, maghahain ako ng kaso...

Sobrang unresponsive. Initially, I had an order last December 24 that was not delivered. I asked them to refund and sabi ok. It is now Jan 16 and the refund has not come in. Giving them another chance, I sent an order form via messenger last Jan 14 and followed up via viber today. Both had no response until now. Ang response lang is under a different name pa. What kind of customer service is this? Your cakes...
