My friends and I would like to share the negative experiences we've had at this particular Jollibee branch.
Earlier this year, my friend paid using an e-wallet (cashless transaction). Although the amount was deducted from her e-wallet, the transaction did not go through at the kiosk. We reported the issue to the manager, who asked us to pay in cash instead and assured us that the refund would be processed within 3–5 days. However, it has been several months, and the money has still not been returned to her e-wallet. Unfortunately, this same issue happened to another friend just a week ago.
We also experienced a food safety concern. One of our friends was served a meal with a strand of hair in it—not just once, but twice.
Lastly, earlier today, after attending church, we visited this branch again because it is the nearest in the area. Since we were a large group (around 10 to 12 people), we looked for the longest table available and sat there. However, we had to wait for a few minutes before being able to sit, as several tables and chairs meant for customers were occupied by resting crew members.
After eating, we played our usual card game, Cabo, which we have regularly played at this location every weekend. After a while, the security guard suddenly approached us and raised his voice, telling us that playing card games is not allowed in the restaurant. One of my friends calmly spoke with the manager to clarify the situation, especially since this has never been an issue before. The manager said that the guard reported we were gambling, which is completely false. This accusation is not only untrue but also offensive, as gambling goes against our principles and beliefs.

Read moreAppalling customer service. I visited the store earlier today at 6:30 AM to inquire about party packages. I asked one of the staff if this branch does parties and he said YES. I then asked to be referred to someone who I can make an inquiry with. After 7 minutes, no word from the staff.
I then approached the counter and asked about the party package. The staff then approached their lady manager ( who was only a few steps away from him) and raised my inquiry. The manager then asked him (she was just a few steps away from me, mind you) to ask me the date of the party. I gave a few dates then that was it. I waited for a couple more minutes and there was no answer afterwards. This in spite of the staff and manager standing just a few steps away from me.
I understand that the party planner might not be in yet but they could have at least told me that and didn't just let me stand there waiting for answers. It was a pretty simple thing to do and yet they couldn't even give me a decent answer or update. And there was even a manager all the time this was happening.
This wasn't a busy time. There was only 1 person being served at the counter.

Read moreWORST BRANCH WE'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! 1.)They have no sign saying "no pets allowed" yet they refused to let us in with our 3month old Persian kitten, which is inside her carrier. The managers kept saying it was SOP but under the law (1987 Constitution), prior notice is a requisite of an implementation and execution as part of one's right to due process. They failed to show us any printed rules, regulation or notice to serve as proof. This argument caused us (the supplier and guest to an event) delay in setting up the cake and dessert buffet in a party held in this place.
2.) Ignorance or miscommunication on the part of the staff. One of the 2 guards told the grandfather of the birthday celebrant that there were no more parking spaces available, when in fact there was an underground / basement parking area that has so much slots left. So out of frustration the grandfather went home and missed the celebration of his grandchild.
