The Distillery Uptown Bonifacio — Local services in Taguig

Location very hard to find and to locate. You need to enter an establishment first before you able to reach the place. Difficult to make a table reservation despite on a weekdays. Unfriendly Marketing Manager and need to have a proper customer service training to handle its customer experience level. Prices for food and drinks are unreasonable for its quality and quantity. Me and my friends got food poison and when we raised the issue to its management submitting all pertaining documents, the only response we got was "Noted and we will take an investigation." Up to this writing, still no appropriate notice from the management about our concerns. Rude staffs specially the Bouncers and the waiters. The service and the attitude of the staffs reflects to the management itself. Toilets are very dirty and unhygienic. Vomits and pees around the floor in which no one care and dare to address the concern. Curious how this establishment able to pass the audit for hygiene inspection. This establishment should close first for about a month to address all its hygiene, safety, security and customer service concerns before its fully able to serve its customers specially those who are loyals and patronages. Overall, 1-star rating for this establishment! Will not recommend to anyone else specially to foreigners...
