CIBO - Uptown BGC — Restaurant in Taguig

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently dined at Cibo, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The food, ambiance, and service were all impeccable.

I have to give a special shoutout to JV, our server, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His warm and friendly demeanor, combined with his attentive service, truly elevated the dining experience. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Now, onto the food — wow! We started with the fondue, and it was nothing short of heavenly. The creamy, melted cheese paired perfectly with the accompanying bread and vegetables. It was rich, flavorful, and comforting — a must-try!

For our main course, we had their pasta, and it was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were authentic, and the presentation was beautiful. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite.

I highly recommend Cibo for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine with exceptional service. Ask for JV when you visit — you won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Cibo in Uptown BGC. From start to finish, the food was exceptional — we tried the thin-sliced beef, rigatoni, truffle pasta, mac and cheese, and the spinach dip, and every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Each bite felt indulgent in the best way.

While the prices are definitely on the higher end, the quality of ingredients and execution justify the spend. It’s a place where the food truly speaks for itself — rich, satisfying, and clearly crafted with care.

The only drawback is the location — being situated in the middle of the mall wing makes the ambience feel a bit exposed. It would be great to see Cibo in a dedicated space where the atmosphere could match the quality of the food.

I came to because I was craving for potato chips. But 1 whole order was too big for me at 930pm. So I just ordered the verdure sandwich because I knew it came with potato chips and asked if can add a little more potato chips. Next thing I knew, Josh came with an extra serving of potato chips while waiting for my sandwich order. This delighted me as it came as a pleasant unexpected surprise. When my order came, it had its regular potato chips on the side! I’ve worked in the hotel industry for more than25 years and this simple gesture, even it had extra internal cost made an impact during my visit in Cibo Uptown BGC and is giving me a reason to come back and spread the good word to my family and friends! Keep it up.
