THE RESTAURANT SENT ME LAPSED FOOD!!!!!!

Rude staffs around. Blaming the customer who isn’t at fault about their delays and order that got cancelled. Who would’ve order again for a paid order that was cancelled??? Staffs assumed that I cancelled the order wherein fact I’ve waited an hour and half just for my food to be delivered. I was telling my concerns that they might send me the lapsed food that got cancelled and the crew ended the call by cutting me. Screw the team!! I honestly didn’t like your service. I always order to this branch and now I will never order here ever again. Lol. Hope you’d train your staffs more about how they should handle problems and adress the existing care that customer needs. Poor customer service!

The restaurant is open for 24 hours daily. Place is very clean and spacious. I have not seen it very crowded and even ask a crew to clean up a table.

Crews are few but really nice and accomodating.Though they served the food very slow, usually 15 mins to 30mins. Maybe because they have less crews. The food is delicious and they offer a very wide ranges of food. The cashier is very friendly and accomodating in assisting you. There is also a box where you can drop your business cards - workable to small business who were looking for partners or clients.

Food was served after ALMOST AN HOUR. I ordered the 1pc chicken with fries at lunch time. The crew wasn’t even apologetic about it. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt upon ordering so I had to ask for it after they served the food to know what time I ordered. The meal was ordered at 11:59:39AM it was served 12:52PM. I patiently waited because it was lunch hour and I expected the service to be slow BUT NOT A 50 MINUTE WAIT TIME after you order. They wasted someone else’s time and no one was even remotely apologetic.
