Detailed version: Upon order, they're very system based and systematic,

It's quite an ease using the order kiosk, fun to use since it's like a giant tablet

Excellent work here, also I'm glad the gravy refills are available. (I'm also glad they're free unlike other places that had paid gravy)

It's good to see the KFC Restaurant served a rather generous serving of Zinger Ala King steak

The Wash area (and Wash room was actually clean.)

Food service and crew activity in the kitchen was continuous. The service was proactive and organized.)

The queue was controlled. I guess the score card system was also implemented here through the Excellence Score Card.

KFC in Bonifacio Triangle is one of the most Instagrammable branches of this popular fast-food chain. Unlike other KFC's, this is not too crowded and cleanliness is always observed. I super love the second floor but it is always closed for some reasons. It has great views up there. There's also an outdoor seating where we always choose as we like to people watch. However, for a few times there are lots of flies trying to come near our food. They should get rid of that. We just visited this morning and surprised after a long time, they have renovated. I love the new vibe specially the incorporation of plants and cute lighting that remind me I am in a popular coffee shop. I wish though these are real plants.

TIP: They NOW have ordering kiosks which makes it easier for the guests to get their order...

I was ordered Alacarte Spaghetti & Chicken Spaghetti the thing was the portioned really small! Sabi 100-110G yon we!?! Wag nyo ako pinagloloko mas malaki pa ang serving ng Spaghetti sa Mcdo & Jollibee jan near sa inyo!! Hindi nyo pwede sabihin sakin na dapat don ako bumili kya nga ako bumili ulit sa inyo kc baka nag bago na kyo last Dine-in kosa inyo Feb 2025 same din onti ang portion nyo kawawa naman yong mga taong bumili sa inyo nagbabayad ng tama tas ganun lng serving nyo unlike sa ibang KFC mas marami ang Solo Spaghetti nila. Sa BGC pa naman kyo naka locate kahiya naman yang nag poportion sa inyo yong totoo!? Ibigay nyo ng tama yong order ng tao hindi yong maglalagay kyo ng katiting lng 2-3 subuan lng ubos agad wtf! Kawawa sa inyo ang bumibili kya pala napaka konti ng tao madalas ang tao sa inyo! Compare sa ibang branch na mas matao! Tas ni simpleng TISSUE wala hindi ako nilagyan sa order ko! Dapat magkaroon ng switch ng mga staffs dito sa branch nato from another branch like Pasig or Mandaluyong kawawa sa kawawa mga taong bumibili dito hindi nabibigyan ng maayos at tamang portion!! Lalo sa take-out ganyan yan kyo kc hindi na chinecheck pagdating sa bahay DISAPPOINTED dahil kulng kulng kyo lalo nasa portion na napaka konti tas minsan wala pang gravy & reheated chicken ipapadala nyo samin pinag-gagawa nyo sa buhay nyo!?! Kausap kona Supervisor or Manager nun ha cnabi kosa kanya ngyari at sabi nya bibigyan ako ng FREE SPAGHETTI para manahimik ako na parang KID!? sabi ko no need ang iniisip kolng is yong mga bibili pa na DINADAYA nyo sa PORTION ng orders namin at nag request akong tissue ni hindi na bumalik na INTIMIDATE ata!? Sabi kosa kanya hindi ako ma post na tao pero ginawa koto sa ngaun para yang Visor or Manager na kausap ko alam nya ang mali nya babalik ka nasa tissue wala! Mag seserve kyo samin ng walng tissue konti na nga portion nyo sa serving tas wala pang tissue haha really!?!?!?!? Hindi ko ma upload dito yong spaghetti na order ko sayang!
