Awarding two stars solely for the spacious room. However, it's imperative to highlight the considerable challenges associated with this accommodation. Accessibility is a major issue, particularly when it comes to transportation—getting a Grab with luggage is an arduous task due to the location's inaccessibility. Moreover, the absence of elevators can pose a significant inconvenience, especially for individuals with mobility concerns.
The in-room menu proves to be impractical, rendering it difficult to order any meals. Despite a week-long stay focused on remote work, ordering food became an ordeal. Additionally, the staff's efficiency is notably lacking; simple requests, like replenishing daily essentials such as tissue, require a trek down to the reception. This becomes especially cumbersome when engrossed in work, disrupting the flow of productivity.
Communication with the staff is frustratingly unhelpful, with a prompt and almost default "NO/Nothing" response even before the question is fully articulated. The television and remote control add to the dissatisfaction, demanding an urgent upgrade. Attempts to rectify these issues through contacting the staff are met with prolonged delays, an unexpected and unwelcome aspect of the guest experience.
My experience, as someone familiar with the hospitality industry, has been disappointing and unlike any other. The reluctance to provide daily housekeeping services unless explicitly requested is a drawback, making guests feel burdened for seeking a basic amenity. In retrospect, the stay proves to be far from worth the expenditure, with alternative accommodations offering superior services and experiences. This encounter has left a lasting impression, ensuring that I will not be choosing this establishment again...

Read moreThe room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me "Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?" Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was...
