Worst delivery service we've experienced in years! It took almost 2 hours for the delivery man to arrive! Called the hotline 4x for follow up. First one hung up. 2nd one told me that the branch manager will call us. Nobody called. 3rd one told me the same thing. Nobody called. 4th time I called I decided to cancel. Then just as we're about to go out to eat, delivery man came. Very late. If it weren't for my kind mother-in-law, I wouldn't have claimed their 'almost cold' food! What's worse, this particular branch tried to whitewash its incompetence by indicating in the receipt that they processed the order at around 8:13pm, when it was in their hotline records that our order was processed at around 7:20pm. Order arrived at around 9:10pm, btw. Adding insult to injury was that no one from the Burgos Circle branch made an effort to reach out to us. No one apologized. What should have been a happy little Mom's Day celebration turned out to be a very stressful one. In our 9 months of living here in Burgos, it's the first time we experienced a service this crappy! Read moreMy family and I visited Yellow Cab Crossroads earlier. There were 12 of us, and we were really excited because we all love Yellow Cab pizza. We decided to pull the tables together so we could all eat together. Just as we were enjoying our time and exchanging stories, we were suddenly interrupted and told that it was not allowed to rearrange the tables and chairs.
Our concerns: Why weren't we advised earlier? The staff could clearly see and hear us in such a small branch, yet they waited until we were done to inform us. When we politely asked for the reason behind this policy, we were told that it’s simply not allowed because the higher-ups would be upset. There was no further explanation. If you have such policies, at least provide a clear rationale.

Observation: Cashier has bad attitude. We are in line for a couple of minutes but she didn’t bother to welcome or assist us. They’ve promised to fulfill our order within 45 mins but it got extended for more than 1hr. Branch Manager is not that accommodating as well.
