I wanted to let you know about the great service my family received over the weekend especially by Michelle. We live in Chicago and came to visit our son who goes to U of M. I'm indifferent, and having a hard time choosing this rating. I feel like there may have been a misunderstanding on my part with the cashier. However, I apologized profusely (without knowing I was in the wrong) joking about the long infuriating day I had as the cashier sat there and stared at me and said nothing. I struggle, because the customer is never right anymore, even if they actually are, and most places have individuals like this working.

Subpar pizza and extremely poor service. The crust tasted like that of a frozen pizza that you would buy from a grocery store, soggy and floppy, not dense and chewy like a real pizza dough. My pizza was cold and the cheese was hardened, because when I went to pick it up, I waited for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged by an employee.
