Bourbon Street Pub — Restaurant in Bydgoszcz

I went to the pub last night with my husband as we are regular customers. My husband went to order a drink and came back telling me that he thinks he was double charged but when I checked the receipts, he was not given the payment refusal receipt. I went to the bar to ask for it myself. The lady serving behind the bar ( middle aged woman with dark hair ) responded in a rude way that she’ll bring it to our table. After 10 mins she came up with a sour face and smashed the table with a finger pointing at the receipt. Honestly, that was not necessary - as a bar staff and a worker, she should treat the customer with respect. Anyone who’s transaction is refused should be given the paper proof ( that it required by law ). Her behaviour upset my husband, he went to face her to the bar and demanded respect. She was very unfriendly and rude and called him names in front all other customers and staff. Such a shame - a nice place like that hires someone like her without a proper customer service training and simply lacking good manners....

Anytime I visit Bydgoszcz, I stop for a drink at this place. The bartenders are the real treasure - helpful, informative, and skilled at making visitors feel comfortable. The wide offer of higher-end alcohols is available for anyone who wishes to treat themselves with something tasty.
