I came off the train at around 3:00 am and went to this place to take a break and call a taxi. I know these Bars and been to a lot of them very often and never had any problems. I walked into the bar and there was a bartender playing on her computer and completely ignoring me. After a few minutes I asked her if she could serve me, she turned to me and said "you have to wait" in a very angry voice. A girl then came from outside, after eating pizza and joking with others, finally came in and served me. Another one with attitude. She then went to her place back to her friends and started to dance. The place was a complete disaster, garbage everywhere, empty glasses all over the place, toilet with toilet paper rolling all over the floor into the bar area, could not even walk into the toilet. Two girls that were working, could not of cared less about anything and customers except their friends. Hi,Not a good place for foreigners. The staff is very rude, and their behavior wasn’t nice. I went to this place last Saturday after work with my coworkers (Polish guys). I was standing and waiting to place an order for long time. I moved from one side of the counter to the other, hoping someone would take my order, but she kept ignoring me and preferred to serve others who came after me. When I asked her again, she very rudely told me to wait. I said okay, but when I mentioned to her colleague that she will not take my order, his reply was: “też nie” I have been living in Bydgoszcz for over 9 years and working for more than 5 years on Stary Rynek in gastronomy. I’ve never faced a situation like this. It really hurt, and it felt like they treated me this way because of racism. Afterthat polish coworker came to buy for me. She took order from him in 30 seconds.

Witam, kilkadziesiąt minut temu w instytucji doszło do jednej bardzo nieprzyjemnej sytuacji. Zamówiliśmy shoty i przekąski, przyjechaliśmy z chęcią miłego spędzenia czasu w przyjemnym miejscu. Ale to, co stało się później, mnie zszokowało. Jak większość z nas paliliśmy i wyszliśmy na zewnątrz, aby poświęcić temu trochę czasu, nasza przerwa na dym trwała nie dłużej niż 5 minut, co można sprawdzić za pomocą kamer, w tym czasie nasza taca z napojami i jedzeniem została wyjęta. Minęło 5 minut, kelnerzy mogli sprawdzić, czy nie wyszliśmy i wyjść na zewnątrz, mogli nas zobaczyć i upewnić się, że po prostu wyszliśmy zapalić, bo to jest nasza potrzeba i codzienność w naszym świecie i kelnerzy powinni byli to potraktować zawodowo. Sprawdź dokładnie, a dopiero potem zdejmij wszystko ze stołu. Co więcej, połowa napojów i jedzenia nie była tam używana. Co powinniśmy po tym czuć? Wyszedł bardzo niezadowolony i sfrustrowany. Nawet nie chciałem się dowiedzieć. Nie polecam, kelnerzy nie podeszli do swojego zadania profesjonalnie, w efekcie nastrój i nastawienie do Was były zepsute. To było po prostu okropne, bardzo dziękuję, po prostu strata pieniędzy.

Nie było nas na 5 minut, staliśmy przy wejściu. Możesz to łatwo sprawdzić na kamerach. Nie spodziewałem się tego po tobie, twoi kelnerzy też rażąco kłamią. Nie próbuj upiększać swojej niewinności. Miałbyś rację, gdyby tak było. Nikt na nas nie czekał przez około godzinę, bo właśnie przyjechaliśmy, zamówiliśmy, wypiliśmy, wyszliśmy na papierosa i od razu wróciliśmy. Gdyby nasza nieobecność trwała około 15 minut lub dłużej, twoje działania byłyby całkiem odpowiednie, nic nie mówię. A jeśli poruszyliśmy się dłużej niż 5-7 minut, zgłosiliśmy się. Ale mówię to tak, jak jest. Dlatego zrozum...
