Hard Rock Cafe Gdańsk — Restaurant in Gdansk

Firstly I’d like to personally say a massive thank you to Laura, Magda, Zuzia and Julia for such an amazing and pleasant experience dining at Hard Rock Cafe. I have been to a few hard rock cafes in different countries but this visit to the one in Gdansk was absolutely fantastic! I have coeliac disease so I find it very difficult and stressful to find decent food while on holiday and I couldn’t have asked the staff at this restaurant to do anymore for me! My party and I visited on two occasions for dinner and breakfast and for both times it was consistent and outstanding customer service.

Both managers had well informed me of all may contain gluten dishes or possible exchanges of dishes that could be done for me during our visits. The manager even had mentioned that the pepper on the table could be a may contain and warned me incase it would have gluten in it!

Thank you also to the lovely waitress women who both well informed me that they would let their managers and the kitchen know, that I needed to have completely gluten free dishes made!

Special thank you to Laura who went over and above by taking the time to sit and talk to me about different places to get good gluten free food in Gdansk and had amazing table manner, she had mentioned that she was gluten sensitive and it was very important to her to have gluten free food and this made me feel extremely relaxed about how my dish was being handled!

Will absolutely be telling family and friends to eat here and will absolutely be back again! Thank you so so much to all the hard rock team members and ones mentioned above for the best customer service I’ve received...

I had a very underwhelming experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff at the front desk were disinterested and disengaged. There was zero sense of hospitality or enthusiasm — it felt like they just didn’t care. Just standing around chatting to each other.

The lack of management oversight was obvious. I had to ask for cutlery after my food arrived, which should be a basic part of the service. Then, I waited 20 minutes just to get the bill — unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a global brand like Hard Rock. It was in possible to get the staff attention, they were not busy.

What really sealed the poor impression was when I asked for a feedback form, and the staff flat-out refused to provide one even thro this is standard in other HRC. That kind of dismissive attitude toward customer input says a lot about the culture here.

Gdańsk is a beautiful city with amazing places to eat — sadly, this Hard Rock Café does not live up to its name or reputation. I won’t be returning. But I do not think they care. I was there in Thur 29th...

I love Hard Rocks cafes and try to visit them as much as I can all over the world. But this Hard Rock was so disappointing:(( Service was super bad, we was waiting almost 30 min to waiters to pay attention to us, but still they don’t see us so my boyfriend needed to stand up from our table and come to them personally :) Also we asked to sit on more comfortable table but they said it’s impossible however the cafe was almost empty :// In addition, we asked to clean our table from a waitress cause it was really dirty but she never come up to our table again so we cleaned it be ourselves:)) it is so bad experience that even a “not bad” food didn’t save our impression:// So I don’t recommend it at all, definitely it’s overpriced there and you can have much better food somewhere else (but to be completely honest , I like the Hard Rock shop!
