MaxiPizza — Restaurant in Katowice

The place was really wonderfull and a lot better than I expected. I went to maxi pizza for a date a few days ago after seeing it once on the pyszne pl app, getting there was very easy casue it was practically in the middle of the city centre. The entrance was hidden in a scary looking gate, but after crossing it and entering the restaurant, it feels cozy, comfy and and comfortable. The inside is fitted with a very nice interior decorations, nothing fancy but it feels homely and proffesional, the booths are really comfortable and I'm sure they can fit many people, and they look really cool. The service was really cool, it took a little while before we could order, but the poor lady had the whole floor to herself, but she handled it very well, and when she took our order she was really engaged, helpful, and noted everything down like we ordered. After a while she got help from some other worker and the service seemed seemles. The prices were nothing unusual just what I'd expect from an establishment like this, and the selection of pizzas and foods was really wide, some of the pizzas were really creative and even the classics had some twists, capriciosa had peppers, or Hawaii had not only pineapple but peach I believe. The food was wonderfull, really full of ingridients, but not too much, it was placed in such a way just looking at the pizza was a pleasure, and the margarita was full of cheese going really well with the very tasty pizza sauce. I would wholeheartedly reccomend you need "maxi pizza" pizza at least once...

We were pleasantly surprised when entering the restaurant, it was a very nice place. The waitress had a poor English My wife ordered a soup and I wanted a pizza. The tomato soup was delicious, but the pizza….. I understood that they also served deep pan but I don’t like too much bread so I ordered a “thin” pizza (waitress name for it), but it was not thin at all. I guess it is the same dough used for deep pan. I found it very difficult to find cheese on this pizza, instead it was berried in salat sliced in very small chunks, it was way too much. I think it was called a chicken kebab, but the right name would be ice berg salat pizza. The 2 stars for food is ONLY due...

Pierwszy raz miałem sytuację, gdy zamówiłem pizzę kilka godzin wcześniej na konkretną godzinę, podając dokładny adres i nazwę lokalu, do którego proszę o dostawę (wiem, że dla kierowcy może być problematyczne szukanie niektórych lokali, choć w tym przypadku cel destynacji nie był aż tak trudny) i jej zwyczajnie nie otrzymałem.

Pan przyjmujący moje zamówienie dostał dokładne instrukcje co do dostawy, aby była jasność w tej kwestii oraz zapytałem, czy będzie problem dowieźć zamówienie na godzinę 19:00. Otrzymałem odpowiedź, że nie będzie najmniejszego problemu.

Po spóźnieniu 40 minutowym, przedzwoniłem do lokalu z zapytaniem, na co Pani która odebrała powiedziała, że skontaktuje się z kierowcą i mi oddzwoni, za co podziękowałem i poprosiłem o telefon zwrotny. Niestety informacji zwrotnej nie było. Olałem sprawę, bo wiedziałem że goście są głodni, a do realizacji już prawdopodobnie nie dojdzie (było około 21:00).

Około 22:00 jednak zadzwoniłem z czystej ciekawości dowiedzieć się, co się w ogóle stało. Rozmawiałem z tą samą Panią co wcześniej i dostałem informację, że skontaktowała się z kierowcą i zamówienie zostało dostarczone. "Aha" - skwitowałem i podziękowałem, Pani się tym niespecjalnie przejęła i po prostu się pożegnała.

Czas na finał: teraz wydzwania do mnie jakaś obca kobieta i otrzymałem wiadomość SMS, bo dostawca jej dostarczył jedzenie, a ona to bezmyślnie opłaciła i NIE WIE CO MA Z TYM TERAZ ZROBIĆ :DDD mam nadzieję, że przynajmniej jej smakowało, bo nie bardzo rozumiem na co ona liczyła ode mnie, ale to już inna sprawa.

Podsumowanie:

Jak już zapomnieliście o zamówieniu (rozumiem, też pracowałem w pizzerii) to weźcie zadzwońcie do klienta, przeproście po ludzku, że zamówienie będzie opóźnione lub nie będzie go wcale, a nie udawajcie, że klient przestał istnieć i czarujecie o telefonach do kierowcy i informacji zwrotnej, której i tak nie dotrzymujecie. A jak kierowca posiada numer telefonu do klienta, to niech go śmiało używa, jak ma problem z dostawą. Od tego w...
